SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped on sundays or holidays.

In the rare case that there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

petalshome.in provides free shipping to all addresses* within the territory of India on all orders.

The estimated delivery time from our warehouse to your doorstep is 2 to 7 business days, depending on your location:

Tier 1 Cities: 2 to 4 Days

Tier 2 Cities: 3 to 5 Days

Tier 3 Cities: 4 to 6 Days

*Please note that we do not currently deliver to Nagaland, Meghalaya, Manipur, Sikkim and Ladakh*

Occasional delivery delays may occur.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
